I cannot cancel the 1571 feature

I have spent over an hour trying to cancel this feature, both online and over the phone.

 

BT's phone choices does not seem to include this or anything like it and the online method (go to "calling features" and click on the "change features" button) doesn't work because there isn't a "change features" button.

 

Has anyone succeeded in doing this? And, if so, how?

Did you take up on Stephs offer?

 

If you didn't, I managed it with easeSmiley Surprised, called billing on 150 (from a BT landline or 0800 800 150 from a non BT landline) and asked them to remove itSmiley Happy. Voila!
