I could be reading this wrong, but where I'm getting the highest pings / time outs is showing as BT servers. I don't seem to be making it to Telia.

Users from other ISPs (and countries) are getting similar results to yours Andrew - those who have posted on the WoW forum thread anyway, which seems to be down again so I'd assume they're still working on the issue. I'll keep a close eye on things for the next few hours to see how it all develops.
Any reason I have such a high ms so early on in the trace then a time out again so early?
I was having major problems last regarding WoW around 6-10 it was constant DC's and High MS then one DC later i could not connnect to the game at all till 5am and i still had a high ping.
I'm having connectivty issues but not related to gaming, it isn't just a Blizzard issue.
Seems to be back now
*EDIT* It's up and down a lot.
This is still an ongoing problem for myself and a few friends on bt in the south wales area.
Had a few disconnects last night and today it is even worse as other's have said cannot connect to any battle.net site as either.
Managed to start the game by bypassing the launcher and using the wow.exe in the game folder but still won't connect.
It's up and down more than a window cleaner on his ladder.
Battle.net is basically dead at the moment for Europe it seems in terms of logging on or loading anything atleast. They're not even responsing on the Twitter account for support.
Every service provider in the UK seems to have this issue. A lot of online games aren't working, not just Blizzard games. There are also various websites that will not load, though they seem to vary from user to user. Kotaku and other Gawker media sites don't work for me.
No idea what is causing this UK-wide internet issue, but it isn't specific to BT users, and isn't specific to Blizzard servers either. Worrying 😕
It's happening accross Europe, not just the UK.
