When I bought my landline phone from BT some three months ago on condition that I need to receive the calls from Trinidad and I was assured that yes as long as you have the international number as VIP number in your contracts you will never miss a call, it worked until just before Christmas but all of a sudden it stopped getting the calls from Trinidad I rang BT and was shocked to hear “ I am sorry somehow BT HAVE BLOCKED THIS NUMBER FROM YOUR LIST AND THATS WHY YOU CANT GET THE CALL FROM TRINIDAD, I HAVE NOW UNBLOCKED IT AND YOU WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM” This didn’t help, all over Christmas and New Year we had to ring our family in Trinidad. I have been in touch with BT again and now waiting for an engineer to have a look at this problem. Does anyone have the similar issue?
