Log onto your MyBT and go to "Your Products" then "Email, manage" and see if you can access it there. If so access the email account and if needed change the password.

If you can not access it that way you should try the "Forgotten Password" link below the log on page here.

Hi thanks for the reply. I have tried every scenario possible to sign in for almost 2 weeks and just get the same messages above.

Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?

How are you accessing your email, is it on a browser or via an email client/app?

What happens when you try to change your password?

I get the below message when trying to sign into my BT

I only have an email account and sign in via the below

If you are not a BT Broadband account holder or paying for your email account it has possibly been deleted by BT.

Email terms and conditions (bt.com)

You will need to contact BT 0800.800.150 and get them to check if the email account is still active and if so get them to reset your password.

Ok thanks for the info.

Is there anyway I can recover my emails as they have very important information on them ?

You could try calling the BT Premium email team 0808 100 6778 to see if they can reinstate your emails if you take out a BT Premium email subscription.

If they can recover your emails you can pay for the first month then "downgrade" to the free BT Basic email. It can only be used via a web browser but that may meet your needs.
