I am been unable to download bills/old bills or see recent bill usage since Oct 2020, it shows the dates but the dates don't allow me to click on them! Can any of the moderators assist me. I am fairly tech savvy but no joy when I log in via my laptop. Advice welcome. Ringing directly to BT call centre is a nightmare at the moment, couldn't get through! Thank you
