I expected a 4k box, but didn't get one

As the subject states, I recently purchased Fibre 1 (the fastest option in my area) with the Sports package (BT sports and Box Nation) and the add-on HD which says access to BT Sport 4k. I was expecting the 4K box to be sent, but looking at the photos of the boxes available, I haven't been sent one? Do I need to ask for it or could it be a mistake?

Not with BT but I have 100mbps with my Virgin line which is the line plugged into the BT TV Box

The BT TV channels delivered by internet on the Youview EPG will only work if the box if connected to a BT internet connection.

BT TV channels (including BT Sport, and BT Sport Ultimate) are delivered to the YouView box over a BT Broadband line. They won't work over any other line.
You can still however access BT Sport Ultimate (in 4K HDR) over your Virgin broadband using any of the BT Sport apps - on PlayStation 4, XBox, Apple TV, Samsung Smart TV, or Chromecast.
