For some reason my mobile data has stopped working on my iPhone 5S. Was previously working fine and the phone shows that it is still connecting to 4G/3G with a good signal strength. However, any mobile data service such as iMessage, email or any internet browsing is not working. I have checked my data usage and still have 1.8 GB left for this month.
I have done the "reset network settings" fix, but that has made no difference.
It is almost as if my data is being restricted as if I had hit my data cap, but I haven't.
Any ideas how to solve this issue?
Did you ever get this issue resoved? I've began having the exact same issue yesterday and I tried that reset network fix also to no avail.
im not bothering trying the tech team or whatever they are meant to be, as im not getting 4G extra anywhere , getting out of this contract as soon as i can, exec office time!
