I have an open order but it should have closed


On 7th April I requested to stop the auto renewal of my Amazon Prime Video as I no longer need it. As a result, my Amazon Prime account was cancelled on 11th April.

However, my order is still showing as Open and it is preventing me placing new orders or changing my packages until this order has closed.

How do I go about closing this open order?
