I just payed my bill on the 4th and it's already saying i owe BT 96 pound on my online billing page, which has to be paid by the 11th. I ring up to be told i owe them nothing. So please tell me how to confirm which is right. The last time i believed BT on the phone they said installation was free and then disconnected my internet due to me owing them money because installation wasn't free. Thanks in advance for any help.

Just tried that brings up a blank page. Also tried refreshing still just a blank page.
that was maybe because they are only open 9am-6pm Monday to Friday.
Don't know what is going on with yours I just clicked imjolly's link 2nd post it seemed to take (seconds) to load
