Not really a question just a coomment on BT stupidity.
I got a screen to change my password due to unusual activity. Fair enough so far.
It was a nightmare to use as I kept getting a blank screen.
When I eventually managed to change it I could not log on.
After about 1/2 hour I managed to log on and found this email from BT, how about putting about the delay on the change screen rather than sending as email I cannot get to.
"Your password for this account has recently been changed. You don'tneed to do anything, this message is simply a notification to protectthe security of your account. Please note: your new password may take awhile to activate. If itdoesn't work on your first try, please try it again later.DO NOT REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE."
