Hi all, new to the community here! I recently moved address, 12 months into an 18 month contract that was supposed to be £36.99pcm for 18 months. After moving, my plan has changed from Superfast Fibre Broadband Unlimited to Fibre 1 - at £62.49 per month with no warning. My bill for this month is £112 for no reason! It's including calls, but I don't even have a landline phone! Has anyone else experienced this? Due to COVID I don't want to call or speak to the chat people unless absolutely necessary, but this feels like it shouldn't have happened!

your package includes line rental as you need a phone line to get your broadband connection
have you checked MYBT and the bill detail to see what has changed and caused the increase in cost?
If you have renewed your package then call are no longer included and they are add-on extras you must have an email detailing your new package so have you checked to see what it says and cost
