Hi, I would like to try and sort out this mess on my experian credit file please. BTsports is showing on my file as a bad debt aging back from 2015 for £55?
I cancelled both my Virgin tv package and my bt sports deals at the same time and this account, but this bt account would seem to still have run on.
I phoned and cancelled my account by giving 1 months notice and then I remember calling to find out why I had been charged another month (all them years ago).
I was told by your agents that this was a error and that they would close the account.
this then happened again 1 month later, the same conversations happened and I was assured this account would be closed.
I have never since then (2015) heard anything from BT Sports from Email/Post or telephone to chase this dept whatsoever.
I have repeatedly contacted your accounts departments to find a solution and I get nowhere, to the point that bt can’t find any record of me ever having a account or even a dept.
could this please be looking into from your company please. I have asked experian to contact you regarding why this is on my account also.
