I thought systems were supposed to improve

The new email layout is like returning to the year 2000. The system is extremely slow, user unfriendly, box happy and too much white screen making the format difficult to follow. 

If BT had tested this new email format then the testers should look for new job. This new format is a horrible and unfriendly change.

If you use forum search you will find a thread of 100+  pages about the new email system and problems
