Hi.
Im looking into buying a contract phone from BT, i already am a subscriber to TV, Landline,Broadband and Mobile.
However before ordering it says " Photo ID " will be required upon delivery, but i only have debit cards and a bus pass
Will these suffice ?

Hi @Venomx Sorry you didn't get an answer sooner. I have checked and the delivery driver can only deliver to the account holder and one of the following forms of ID must be presented:
Driving Licence,
Passport,
Registered disability card,
Military ID card/Police Warrant card.
Cheers
John
Hi @Venomx Good to hear you have an accepted form of ID. The proof of ID has been introduced because it benefits both us and customers to drive down fraud. You do not have to provide any further details re payment as these will be on your account. It is to ensure that you receive the phone personally..
Cheers

Hi @Venomx That would have been a one of charge I suspect for the model of phone you have chosen. Your normal payment method will continue for payment of the bill and you don't need to provide the driver with any thing other than your proof of identity.
Cheers
