Hyde manchester 1.96Mb download 8Mb upload ... that suck coming from the first uk telecommunication...
same **bleep** as last weekend 2mb cap hetton exchange county durham
gonna take an axe to this homehub and be done with it
no internet is better than this its got my guts in knots
Same problem for me here in Warwick.
I had it installed this morning and was getting 38MB directly plugged into the home hub.
Now it's barely 2MB - is this a BT technical fault happening nationwide or just insane throttling at peak times?
I paid for 30MB plus not 2MB - my old copper ADSL was faster and half the price - what's going on?
looking forward to watching the match on skyplayer all day then get in from work to a 2mb cap
**bleep** great !!! just great thanks bt you've made my fooking day you useless **bleep** why on earth did i come back to you lot? gggrrrrrrrrr
Glasgow - Halfway
This is getting ridiculous. I can put up with the odd error here and there, a bad day maybe ...... but this.... no!
I don't even get my upload speed which is showing on a speed test. Grant you that I don't generally down or upload in the 6 PM time slot, but it SHOULD be there if I want it, as I pay for a high speed service.
2 Mbits down, and at the moment I am trying to upload a video to You-Tube, it's only 28 MB, but I am only getting up to 5 Kbits, it should take a minute, but at this rate ALL NIGHT ....... bah!
BT ...... please pull you finger out!
EDIT: OK, the upload problem seems to be a java or advanced you-tube upload problem, standard upload is OK. Download is still 2 MBits
This is obviously some massive nationwide issue, but nothing whatsoever on BT website or status update page - asleep at the wheel methinks. Just put up a message saying "we're working on it" and I'll be satisfied. Is it that difficult?
Same issues here in NI for the last 3-4 weekday evenings. Absolute joke of a service and a company.
