I am sorry to see you are having problems with your BT Service


I suggest you contact the forum mods they should be able to get this problem sorted for you this is a link to them http://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact_email/c/4951


They normally reply by email or phone directly to you within 3 working days they will take personal ownership of your problem until resolved and will keep you informed of progress


They are a UK based BT specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved


This is a customer to customer self help forum the only BT presence here are the forum moderators

Thank for the heads up just been told yesterday rein engineer is coming on Monday told today friday 2nd November told day before work has been on going for 3 weeks,been cut off 3 times to uk support---just said I want to complain was finally put through to UK,spoke to Kerry told her my situation and how I am losing the plot please please just clarify what is happening if anything I was laughing joking with her she said [like the rest ] don't you worry I will get this sorted this is not good enough waited for 7 min of **bleep** music then line dies it always does and then it re-rings India------words cant explain how **bleep** I am "$%^&*&^%$^&*(&^%$&*(&^%$&*()*&^%$"!

Something funny ! then again Michael McIntyre says it all -----Oh yes and frightning yes it is,sad that nearly all support has moved to India,they dont put that up on big bill boards and bus stops all over the UK

Mods been in touch by email looks like problem will not even be looked at untill 2nd NOV,then there will be no update till 5th NOV ------------------------at least its in plain English now --------always knew REIN engineers where few and far between,openreach guys had told me I would have a long wait 1/ 2/ 3 weeks,so everything makes sense now......................will it be fixed on the 5th I will bet it wont not a chance in hell

 

BT---Indian tech support does not work, jobs belong in the UK

Absolutely no further forward and no sign what so ever of anything ever being done this year,and if anything ever gets sorted with REIN they will find nothing and I will be back to where I started, getting money stolen from me, it basically just amounts to robbery.

REIN Investigations take time and can be complex to locate the problem all you can do is wait i am afraid

Locate the email you received from the mod and reply to it asking for an update on you problem. He/she will normally reply within 24 hrs with further information.
