I have a home hub 2 which had a firmware upgrade to v8.1.H.U (Type A) applied on 19/8/11. Since then I've not been able to use the normal telephone line (green socket). How do I revert back to the earlier firmware version?
I have a BT home hub 2 to which I have connected a polycom phone using the green socket at the back of the home hub to make IP calls. The hub firmware was upgraded on 19/8/11 to V 8.1.H.U (Type A) since that upgrade the external phone (green socket) has stopped working. I have a BT wireless phone, which was supplied with the hub, that I can also use to make IP calls, this is working ok.
