IP Profile Dying

Hi All

My IP profile is dying I was at 11000 now it has dropped to 8000.

my hub keeps resetting after a few days.

my current hub setting are below.

any ideas why it should keep dropping out.

I have already had issues with the exchange the engineer change the adsl line card twice after my last speed problem ??that was 3 months back
