IP Profile Stuck

Dear Mods,

 

This thread is being created to support my request to the forum mods.

 

My IP Profile has not recovered after an outage jsut over one week ago. It is stuck at 2mbps and needs reseting to 7.15mbps.

can you post btspeedtester results not beta showing the 2mb profile then contact the mods for help

Hi  You need to use the link posted below to contact the mods  but they will need to see the full results of the BT speedtester not the beta one posted here first before you contact them

they normally reply by email or phone directly to you within 3 working days

They are a UK based BT specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved

Here is the Bt speedtester result:

 

Download speedachieved during the test was - 1.79 Mbps
 For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 0.4 Mbps-2 Mbps.
 Additional Information:
 Your DSL Connection Rate :8.13 Mbps(DOWN-STREAM), 0.45 Mbps(UP-STREAM)
 IP Profile for your line is - 2 Mbps
