Not quite sure how I am managing to post this message...
My IP profile has dropped to 0.14mbps.
Where usually I would speak to BT India - this forum was very last time.
Could somebody look into my issue and possibly reset my line?
My connection is that slow it takes about 2-3 minutes to load a page and thats if it doesn't crash or lose connection completely. I can remember there is a process to follow by contacting the mods etc but there is no chance I can load many pages.

Which BT Home hub do you have?
Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.
The mods only get involved if the problem cannot be sorted by forum members.
