 Download speedachieved during the test was - 0.48 Mbps
 For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 0.05 Mbps-0.5 Mbps.
 Additional Information:

 IP Profile for your line is - 0.5 Mbps

you now need to maintain a stable connection for 3+ days and your IP Profile will rise automatically

Hi.

 

Thanks, the last guy said that.

 

I'm asking if the BT T2 support lady who told me to restart my router after she supposedly reset my profile has, infact, wasted my prior 2 days of uptime waiting for the rate to increase.

they have a standard routine and the first way to fix a problem is a hub reset
