Hi
I switched to BT on the 15 of May, have had the HH3 connected and on from that date. IP profile is still stuck on 2 Mbps. Before I left my old ISP I believe my line was stuck on 2 Mbps and had been for about 6 weeks. I didn't bother doing anything about it as I'd already decided to leave and thought it would be reset with a new ISP. Before the profile being lowered I was getting over 6 Mbps throughput in the quiet times. Looking forward to those days again. Below are my speedtester.bt.com results and HH3 stats.
