Hi,
I've been reading through some posts and it looks like I have a problem with a stuck IP profile. I was originally getting 6-7mb which went up to around 13mb at the end of April when BT did some work on our exchange. After enjoying this speed for about a week it then dropped to around 2.5mb and has been stuck there ever since.
I've tried the hub in various different sockets in house (including test), resetting the hub, restoring default settings, even as a last resort phoning the friendly but not so useful helpdesk in India but can't get it sorted out.
Thanks

your profile is not stuck but low as your connection speed is only 3059 - profike is based on connection speed not the other way round. to get a higher profile you need a faster connection speed.
are you connected to the test socket via a filter
this is your direct connection to the exchange and best connection
if you are connected to test socket and tried a new filter then I would contact the mods and get your noise margin reset to 6db which will give speed increase you are looking for
can take up to 3 working days for mods to contact you
The problem seemed to be caused by a fault with my hub. Got a replacement hub and it's now working fine.
