Hello, I received my box this morning and it all works great apart from the fact I cannot view the extra channels I've subscribed too - it's saying IPC6007.
I've spent 20 minutes calling BT and am just going around in circles.
How can I get this resolved? I understand I may need to wait upto 24 hours so will try again tomorrow but is there anything I can do to sort this without having to waste hours on the phone?
This is a BT server error code. If you could provide me with you public ip address (https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=ip), try to open the BT application and then let me know what time you tired, then I will check the server logs for you.
