IPC6007

Hello, I received my box this morning and it all works great apart from the fact I cannot view the extra channels I've subscribed too - it's saying IPC6007.

I've spent 20 minutes calling BT and am just going around in circles.

How can I get this resolved? I understand I may need to wait upto 24 hours so will try again tomorrow but is there anything I can do to sort this without having to waste hours on the phone?

Thanks

Re: IPC6007

Hi Crisb,

This is a BT server error code. If you could provide me with you public ip address (https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=ip), try to open the BT application and then let me know what time you tired, then I will check the server logs for you.

Re: IPC6007

Hi Steve_M

I'm in the same boat, arrived today, all hooked up, updated and ready to go, but get IPC6007

I've seen in a few other of your responses that you have been able to refresh the cache which has resolved the issue.

If you wish to check the logs my IP's are as follows:

IP: 192.168.1.80
Router: 192.168.1.254
Public: 109.158.16.251

I can confirm I tried to access Eurosport 2 at 09:44am BST
