Hi I have upgraded to the VIP package. All the Now TV HD channels have the same error code IPC6017 error code. I have followed the instructions on screen but it leads me to a blank page. I have reset the box, the bt hub as instructed by online chat but this has had no effect. Any advice on how to sort this out would be appreciated

Hi Sean,
I have the same error code when attempting to view the Now TV Channels via the TV guide. They only work for me when using the Now TV app.
Please can you help me with this?
Best wishes
Andrew

Hi.
I am having the same problem. I have Now VIP AND I ALSO GET THE IPC6017 error on all my Now TV channels accessed via the TV guide.
Hi @JeremyG72 and welcome.
Thanks for posting about your error message, I'm sorry you're having problems. Can you try the following and let me know if it helps?
Cheers
David
Hi David. Thanks for your advice.
I’ve done the above and I still have the error. The NowTV app works fine as do all the other apps. Via the TV guide BT Sport and the Kids pack work fine via the TV guide. The problem is limited to the NOW tv channels accessed via the TV guide. They don’t work and I see the error. Clicking Help suggest that either I don’t have a subscription or that my subscription has been cancelled/removed. This is not the case. Any ideas? Thanks
Hi @JeremyG72,
Thanks for checking that. This looks to be account based so we'll need to take a closer look. I'll drop you a private message so you can get in touch.
Cheers
David
Hi all,
A factory reset of the set top box resolved @JeremyG72 issue so it might be worth you all trying that.
Cheers
