IPC6023 BT Channels there but not working

Hi,

So I've finally decided to set my new bt youveiw box up. Downloaded the latest software, bt channels are there but it's saying there unavailable. I'm getting error message IPC6023. BT TV is working on demand.
Can anyone help with this?

Hi Sam,

Sorry about that. The error code you've mentioned is normally caused by a broadband speed issue. Enter 6023 on this link IPC error codes and it will advise you on a few checks to carry out. Let me know if you need any further help.

Out of interest what router are you using?

Sometimes you need to reboot both the router & the Youview box to get the IP channels working.

Hi,

I've found what the problem was. I was using a old power line internet adapter. I've bought a new one which is high speed, so it's working now.
