Sorry about that. The error code you've mentioned is normally caused by a broadband speed issue. Enter 6023 on this link IPC error codes and it will advise you on a few checks to carry out. Let me know if you need any further help.

Out of interest what router are you using?
Sometimes you need to reboot both the router & the Youview box to get the IP channels working.
