Hi,
I have noticed quite a few posts in this forum with varying solutions to fix IPC6023 errors. I have had BT Sports for 2 years and in the last couple of weeks every 4-10 mintues watching Sports channels I get the error. Changing channel to 101 and going back to 431 for example fixes the issue. Spent half an hour of my life on phone to India tech support asking me to reboot boxes etc to no avail. Was advised my issue was going to be escalated but not heard anything back.
My setup is a homehub that connects to the youview box over Powerline adapters. Only thing that has changed recently is that I have installed Wholehome wifi, however the youview box does not touch the wifi network.
Any help appreciated? Not sure if this is an exchange issue, a fibre modem (whitebox) issue, an IGMP/DNS config issue..
Thanks for any feedback

I have the same issue, when watch BT Sport of Sky Sport via the BT Vision box, this happens every 5-10mins. I have also recently installed wholehome, although the BT Vision box does not touch this. BT Sport was fine a year ago, this has all started in the last year.
Tried chat support a few times but got nowhere, arrange a call back but that never happened, not sure what to do next.
I have had a call back from BT Support on Friday but I was not at home, so asked them to call back today and still waiting. Since then I have upgraded my BT Broadband for a slightly better average download so will see if that helps...not hopeful tho
Nick,
BT Tech support called me back and they have advised me that the Broadband Extenders I use are probably quite old and have worn out like a lot of electrcial equipment. They are BT branded extenders (ethernet over powerline) ...support said they are going to ship me two new 'micro extenders' which are designed to stream video and that should fix my problem...will wait and see.
It the BT Mini connectors that will be sent http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/57213/~/bt-mini-connectors-for-bt-tv
They are the only ones approved.
Hi @Darrenjh thanks for the update, post back and let us know how you get on with the Mini Connectors. Hopefully they'll get you sorted
This is the number of the tech support team that called me yesterday 0800 0285085
@Nick4 do you get the error if you connect directly with an ethernet cable? This helps us understand if the problem is with the powerline adapters or not.
