IPC6023 Errors

Watching Napoli v Juventus on BT Sport 1hd tonight, my 4k box keeps stuttering and I've had the IPC6023 error at least twice.

I've just had a read of the help thread "stuck" on the forum, and can't believe it advises switching to the SD channel as a possible fix.. I AM PAYING EXTRA for the HD.....please sort it.

How is your box connected to the Hub. If using powerline Adaptors take them out of the equation by connecting direct to the Hub with an ethernet cable.
