I'm getting error IPC6041 when trying to playback recorded Sky cinema films and Sky Sports content. All other recordings playback fine. I've restarted both the Youview box and router and also checked for the latest software and players etc.

If you're on a NowTV pack, are you recording the correct version with f the channel?

Did a hard reset on my box in the end, now working okay.
