Not sure if this helps but I had the same problem on my iPhone 11.
Only sorted it by ordering a replacement SIM. It came very quickly so not a problem.
The MyBT info is still showing my old iPhone 5S and it’s been over 4 months since I’ve swapped over.
Not sure what the relevance is as my new phone works fine.
