So my UHD Box ISP Configuration dropped to 7 overnight. Losing all IPTV services, With some playing in settings I seemed to force a software download which rectified the issue. Why and how could this happen?
Single digit ISP Config versions are typically served direct from YouView so they must have determined that the IP address you were on was not belonging to a partner ISP such as BT.
So how could this have happened? Strange to say the least that a YV box on the BT network should be able to be confused in such a manner.
