ITV hub playback problems

Hi, I'm using ITV hub on my BT youview box. When I play a programme, whenever it gets to an ad break it goes back to the youview homescreen. Every time I try and view that same episode, it goes back to the homescreen. Looking for some advice on how to resolve this.

@stevemac2 I am having a similar problem with Britbox - watching long episodes of Poirot (ITV) on an Amazon Fire Stick, it stops at 46 minutes and then transfers to the next episode.  The BritBox team is looking at this.  It does not do this on my PC or my Panasonic TV
