I couldn't agree more with you @TimCurtis. The mods have come to my rescue on a number of occasions and I too find their help and knowledge invaluable. I honestly believe they don't receive enough recognition for their efforts at times.

UNBELIEVABLE

 

Just got my new bill & find I've been charged £58.99 for the cost & connection of the replacement Ultra HD box I was sent which was part on my contract anyway.

 

I've been a supporter of BT for many years but sometimes they're unbelievably poor.

Managed to get this resolved by a simple phone call but you definitely need to watch what's happening with your account.

 

All the issues mentioned in this thread were probably caused by the off-shore based operative pressing the wrong key(s) when placing the order for my replacement Youview box.
