If a wireless dongle is ordered should it arrive with the HH5, or in a separate delivery?

When Infinity was ordered, part of the packagae for an extra £20 was a wireless dongle, should this have arrived with the HH5? or does it arrive separately? as the Hh5 arrived today, with no signs of a wireless dongle.

I believe that the recent homehubs are packaged so that they can be delivered thru most letter boxes so I doubt that they would add any extras items to that package. So I would expect extra items to be packaged separately .
