I cannot cancel my "Friends & Family International" addon from MyBT.
I tried to call BT, but client support were so useless so I hope I can have some help here.
When I manage my options to cancel "Friends & Family International" I have this page (see attched image). If I select 'No thanks' to cancel the addon, a message says that I haven't entered all information.
I MUST check "Unlimited anytime" option to be able to go to the next step.
Of course, I DON'T want this option.
Do you have any advice?

However it may be good to notify BT/anyone about this problem.
I think the "problem" is that BT's online service is designed for ordering, and it's generally difficult if not impossible to cancel that way. Personally I wouldn't use the online option for anything if I could avoid it.
I don't really agree with you.
I've already used this online service to cancel the caller id feature that recently became paid, and everything worked fine.
I personally think that being able to manage your plan from your online account is very important, especially now with all services becoming more and more paperless...
Concerning this particular "problem", I just think that a "No thanks" option is missing under section "Calling Add-ons", just like the one in "International Add-ons", and BT is waiting for a choice made in both section. That's why it's not possible to go further without selecting "Unlimited Calls Add-on".
I think it's just a technical problem that could be fixed easily, but if no one is reporting it it's not going to change...
