Can anyone who has been forced to use the latest version of email, as I have since October, found the solution to the latest 'improvement' i.e. it is no longer possible (since yesterday's 'upgrade') to view the whole email as now only partial view is possible in the preview box. Full screen comes up blank. Also, after a fix had to be found in October so that folders could still be used, folders can be accessed but nothing moved into them. Why introduce something that has not been tried first?

What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing the cache, cookies and history.
I use Chrome and have no problem moving emails to folders and while I don't normally use the preview pane I have just tested it and it displays the full email in both the side view and below view.
Thank you for the suggestion but, unfortunately, using right or below views results in the email not being displayed at all and only a blank screen being shown.
Have you tried a different browser?

Sorry you're having problems since the email changes, can I ask what Operating System and Browser you are using and the Browser version?

Incidentally Stuart, due to my Inbox having now blanked completely, I am having to use someone else's email in order to read my emails.
