Inbox empty

Opened my emails today to find the in box completely empty all gone both on my phone one on the by Mail web site

saved email ,archive and sent emails are still there 

help

Hi @Peterden0, I've seen this happen before when a combination of devices have been set up using POP and IMAP settings so when a device downloads the emails from the server to the device they're deleted. Check out this link for more info lost or missing emails

Hi no new devices have been set up 

all was fine yesterday 

This morning everything is gone 

went on line to the bt mail site and the in box is also empty 

mall other boxes are fine

Exactly the same problem here.  Not received any emails today at all, which is not right
