For over five weeks now I have been trying to access my incoming calls in order to Blacklist some of them but every time I click on 'landline', the following message appears:-

Sorry, we can’t show your landline details at the moment
We’re just updating your details following your recent order, so please come back later.
This order (for a Broadband upgrade) could remain 'open' for some time due to Covid restrictions. Why does updating my details depend on this order? It's unacceptable.
