Seems like the BT care guys managed to get this resolved and fairly quickly too once it was in their hands. If only we didn't have to deal with all the joys that come with being a BT customer when issues like this initially arise.

Many thanks for fixing it. Will be interesting to hear what the root of it was.

Just received an email from BT Retail's Care Centre in Newcastle explaining the issue had been fixed.

 

Just tried connecting using UDP on VPN and everything is working again.

 

Excellent news.

Ours was fixed also, apparently something to do with the network. Nothing specific as yet. Just happy to be back in work 🙂

Solved for PS4 as well, no longer get the IP Fragmented Problems now. :), what caused it .
