Inconsistent connection and reduced speeds.

I have noticed over the last few weeks that my internet connection has been really poor. I am based in Central London and I remeber there being issues ever around the times of the storms but they seem to have been fixed.

 

I am finding that I am getting a lot of "Resolving host" messages in Chrome where some sites seem to load ok and then others take a while. Sometimes the internet drops out completely for a few minutes.

 

I have tried restarting the HomeHub router without any luck and I am getting a bit annoyed now because we use the internet within the home for business as well.

once you have posted the information asked for then the community members can help you more

if using a hub 4 locate these lines located in the hub logs
Lines should look like this

Hi. I have run through the guide and the information relating to the connection is in the first post.

 

Another poor connection this morning, some sites are partially loading and others are looking for "Resolving Host" before loading.
