After several phone calls our Monthly bill is still incorrect.
We ordered a BT Phone Line and Broadband on the 23 May 2016 with the offer of cash back and gift card (£30/£125) which we have never received.
We paid the line rental up front and are still being charged £18.99 for it and a broadband offer of £10.99 a month which we are being billed £12.10 a month.
Please can someone help sort this out as it has been going on for four months now.
