For the third month running i have had an incorrect bill, when i rejoined i was told by Siobhan my line rental and broadband would come to £31 and some pence can't remember the exact total, yet my last three bills have been, £74.07, £24.03 and £49.74, when i recently called up about the bill of £74.07 i was told i would get a refund on this yet i am still waiting, how many calls anf grief does it take ?? any help would be gratefully received
