Incorrect TopCashback amount tracked

I recently ordered a SIM only plan from BT Mobile, with the cashback through TopCashback advertised to be £52.50 (including the 5% bonus for being a Plus member of TCB).  However, the amount that has tracked is actually £31.50.  I've put in a claim with TCB and am awaiting them to forward it to BT, but I had a similar problem earlier this year when I ordered fibre from BT and my Quidco cashback didn't track at all - on that occasion the BT mods on here were brilliant and I got all my cashback, so I thought it would be worth contacting them on here for help again.

 

Incidentally, another part of the deal was a £60 Amazon voucher - I've submitted the form to claim this on the BT website and I'm obviously hoping that gets processed for the right amount as well!

 

I appreciate any assistance a mod can provide.

@anewkillerstar As the order has tracked you'll need to raise a dispute directly with Topcashback if the amount is incorrect.
