Incorrect Topcashback payment

I had Bt broadband installed as a new customer mid December 2015.

 

The Topcashback payable amount was a promotional rate of £121.20 and it initially failed to track but was added manually at £80.00 at the begining of May.

 

I queried the amount payable and Topcashback say they are still waiting for whoever to get back to them with an update.

 

If you are able to offer any assistance I would appreciate it.
