Open Reach have had incorrect address for me for 26years.
now I am finding I cannot get quotes from other providers.
my address it is correct on Royal Mail.
Open reach has it incorrectly.
You will need to give BT a call or which every provider you are currently with. They will raise a case with OpenReach to have it updated.
Everything is taking a bit longer than normal at the minute so I would expect a week to 2 week for it to be updated.

Welcome back to the Community and thanks for posting.
I have edited your last post to remove your address as this is personal information and is best not posted on a public forum.
If your address is showing correct on Royal Mail then you would more than likely need BT to complete an ORDI to have Openreach records updated, assuming that you are a BT customer.
Have you contacted us to ask that the address is corrected?
