Not sure if someone can advise me on how to resolve this. The address on BT Website is incorrect (when you search by postcode to check availability of broadband). I have tried webchat and telephone call with BT without success. The address is correct on Royal Mail website, how do i get BT to update their website?
Any advice and guidance welcome.

Are you currently a BT Retail customer, or are you with another provider?
Its Openreach that hold the database, not BT Retail.
suspected that, tried to get in touch with OpenReach without success though
is your address correct in BT records - bills and correspondence are correctly addressed?
