I have just migrated my BB/landline from John Lewis (Plusnet) to Plusnet. In the process my address has been amended and is now incorrect. Plusnet tell me that they use the details supplied by Openreach, so only Openreach can amend them.
Can't find a way of talking to Openreach about this. Can anyone help, please?

only your ISP PLusnet can get openreach to correct your address plusnet need to raise an ORDI with openreach
there is nothing BT Retail community can do to help

Yes, you would have thought so, wouldn't you! They told me to phone Openreach - sigh!
