I have a problem with BT.
My service stopped on 16.05.2017.
My yearly contract ended on 10.05.2017.
I've been charged £ 47.49, Broadband and Calls 11 May-10 Jun 17
This is the cost of your Package up to 10 Jun 2017
Up to 10 Jun 17, how is this possible? I want you to recalculate my bill and refund what's owe to me. My service stopped on 16.05, so I will only pay up to that date.
Apart is the £ 3X charge for stopping the service. But that's not it.
Please, someone check this for me. I'll give you all the details in a PM.

You needed to give 30 days notice if you wanted to cancel your service, otherwise it continues on a monthly basis.
They may also be a broadband cease charge as well.
I even doubt that 30 day notice is legal, when my contract is an anual contract and it ended already.
I will be submitting a claim with CISAS as I can see where you are going with this.
I think you will find that its in the BT Residential T&Cs, when you started your contract.
