Sorry but no believe you use IMAP for mail 24/7   because your manager told us,  BT no support IMAP e-mail even in @btinternet.com

 

we can se another services,  but with speed maximun on 25/kbs.

Are you checking your usage daily perhaps via the online usage meter ? You should be able to access it via one of my shortcuts at option 14d & 14e.

 

What music are you listening to ? Is it Spotify ? That's a p2p system which can incur lots of upload as well as download. If you use Facebook - some of those online games/apps can use 100s of MB per day.

Hi,  normally  use WE7.COM   is stream music, is not spotify.  there is not any p2p installed on my imac.

I have facebook,  but no games used,

sometimes  youtube,  I working with imap e-mails all day. 

 

However still,  contact with technical support about problems in my IMAP e-mail.

 

there is not weriless in the router active,  just ethernet gigabith

Alexuk1975 every one on these forums are bt customer like you only the board moderators work for bt and answer problems from there experience
