I'm getting conflicting information regarding my upcoming Infinty 1 upgrade. When I ordered, the lady explained how the hub will be sent in the post and I'll be able to install it myself as I expected.
But on my order page, and in a few emails, it's stating I'll have to wait at home on a certain date to wait for an engineer to install? Is this just a default thing on the ordering page or do I really need to wait in?
Already have the SSFP Infinity master faceplate installed running ADSL2+ at present.

You should not need to wait in, as all the work is done at the cabinet by Openreach.
Provided you provised a contact number, they will call if they have problems. Leave the HH5 plugged in on the day.
